Is it really free?
The design and the rough cost range stay free. You pay once, only if you want the full itemised estimate with labour, permits and the phased plan.
How accurate are the numbers?
They are estimates, not quotes. Expect them to move about twenty percent either way depending on your contractor and your region. We show that range rather than hide it.
I rent. Is this any use to me?
Yes. There is a mode that only suggests reversible changes. No drilling, no lost deposit, and putting it back is part of the number.
When do I get access?
